Operations Supervisor will provide oversight to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory standards as it relates to staffing in the provision of care. The Operations Supervisor will work collectively with Administration and leaders to develop performance improvement plans as it relates to staffing and quality of the workplace. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with his direct report to ensure accountability and open communication regarding management, staffing and performance concerns. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor's in business management administration or related field required 2. Three (3) years of relevant health care related experience preferred 3. Experience with coordination of nursing and allied health staff in inpatient and outpatient settings consistent with department/corporate guidelines mission/vision objectives. 4. Demonstrate broad knowledge and skills in computer systems, spreadsheets data bases, statistics; including use of MS Office 5.
