Warehouse Logistics Loader- First Shift

Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team and is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Loader to work from our Sterling, MA distribution center. In this position, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our products are loaded and unloaded efficiently, helping our warehouse operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are securely loaded onto delivery trucks according to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
• Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and other stock-related duties.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate handling and shipping of products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
