What you'll be doing...

This role will provide critical support to the Vice President, Customer Success Strategy and Transformation (CSS&T) Organization. This role will work with leadership and key partners and provide executive-level support, schedule management, planning and analysis to ensure strategic business plans are successfully articulated and communicated at the highest levels of the company.

  • Leading executive meetings and projects.

  • Managing CSS&T deliverables and project funnel.

  • Maintaining relationships with key partners, Field leadership and executive team members.

  • Driving transformation through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

  • Monitoring and analyzing employee feedback through surveys/roundtable and leading the development and governance of related action plans.

  • Serving as a liaison for communications and executive presentations.

  • Driving business-critical initiatives to completion.

  • Effectively influence beyond position and scope.

You are able to negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization and influence decisions that yield the best results for the Company.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Experience building, presenting, creating slide/decks presentations and communication with executives leaders.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.

  • Six or more years of Operations experience.

  • Two or more years of Manager or Senior Manager experience within Verizon.

  • Experience in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Where you'll be working

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annually salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $103,000.00 - $198,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $113,500.00 - $198,000.00.
