Work Location: 355 North Fifth Street Indiana, Pa 15701 Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department. Function: Provides internal and external customer service in a centralized Loan Servicing Center and performs various administrative and clerical duties in support of the operation of the Loan Systems Department (Insurance/Escrow processing, Credit Insurance Servicing). Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent basic academic education. Employees must demonstrate a strong understanding of the critical components of this position. The employee may progress to the Loan Systems Specialist II position as a senior level processor, after demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in their established duties. Experience: One to two years general experience. Physical Demands: Utilizes fingers and manual dexterity skills for typing, filing, and data entry on a frequent basis up to 95% of the business day. Possess the ability to focus visually at a close distance of 18"-20" for a period of up to 85% of the business day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, stand, walk, and reach with hand and/or arm throughout the business day.
