Written confirmation of acceptable performance record/evaluation signed by the employee's supervisor and completed no more than 18 months prior to date of transfer application. Maintain an acceptable level of performance including but not limited to absence of corrective action and/or resolution of previous corrective action. SUMMARY: Responsible for technical/production support of aerospace and aero-derivative gas turbine systems for assigned areas and their applicability to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) businesses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/TASKS: Support product/process engineers to retrieve the criteria needed to certify product qualification. Ensure that the necessary production/qualification of the necessary parts are available per project plan and coordinate activities to ensure on-time delivery. Work with product engineers to improve yield and rework rates through various short-term and long-term projects BEHAVIORS: Consistently demonstrates Chromalloy Values, People Philosophy, and Continuous Improvement Culture.
