Video: What We Do SUMMARY: Responsible for technical/production support, of aerospace and aero-derivative gas turbine systems for assigned areas and their applicability to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) businesses. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/TASKS: Support product/process engineers to retrieve criteria needed to certify product qualification. Ensure that the necessary production/qualification of the necessary parts are available per project plan and coordinate activities to ensure on-time delivery. Work with product engineers to improve yield and rework rates through various short-term and long-term projects BEHAVIORS: Consistently demonstrates Chromalloy Values, People Philosophy, and Continuous Improvement Culture. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems Ability to effectively work individually or with a team QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION, and/or EXPERIENCE: You must be in your junior or senior year of college, working toward a BS / BA in Engineering, mechanical or aerospace preferred.
