About the role

As a Field Services Technician, you will be well versed in all facility operations, and be responsible for performing various Eco-Reworld operations and production tasks to support facility operations in a safe and efficient manner, while ensuring the operational effectiveness of Reworld's industrial disposal process.

Position Responsibilities:

* Lead production areas and/or teams (shipping/receiving, shredder operations, plant operations)

* Learn/lead all three areas mentioned above, and rotate responsibilities with colleagues

* Develop skills/abilities to support increased responsibilities in the future

* Working lead - work alongside processing techs, temps, helpers

* Support production planning

* Non CDL box truck driver at times

* Assist with hiring processing technicians

* Operate plant equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

* Provide leadership, show initiative

* Identify problems along with potential solutions

* Be willing to correct issues in real time, work with Facility Manager to deal with elevated performance problems

* Perform tailgates and other training to plant employees

* Other responsibilities as determined by management

* Report to Facility Manager

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

* Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb

* Ability to lift/carry 50lbs

* Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces

* Qualify to wear a full-face respirator

* Consistently work in various weather conditions
