• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Special Care Nurseries department.
• Must be capable of independent judgement and decision making in the areas of budget, personnel, patient services and administrative or professional programs.
• Effectively manages all resources assigned to cost centers.
• Collaborates with the Operations Manager of Family Centered Care to accomplish departmental objectives.
• Has twenty-four (24) hour accountability for assigned area.

REQUIRED:
1. B.S. degree in Nursing and a minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

2. Good written and oral communication skills.
