Position Description This position is responsible for providing sales and technical support and special product engineering to aid the sales of all heating products. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to staff, customers, and channel partners for all Heating products. Coordinate with engineering, operations, customers and channel partners to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers to provide field support as needed. Assist with sales calls and events. Assist in the training of channel partners. Coordinate with Product Manager to assist in the creation of product support literature and application software (Breeze). Assist in maintaining support literature content. Assist in the development, maintenance and validation of application software content. Respond to inquiries for special product applications and special product orders. Develop custom quotes and execute special product orders as required. Work with account teams to provide customers with product application solutions. Attend industry webinars to better understand markets, products, and emerging trends. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues to a non- technical audience Proven ability to work independently and confidentially, with limited direction, and to self-proof his/her own work. Excellent problem solving skills. PC literate and proficient in MS products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and CAD experience (AutoCAD or Solid Edge preferred).
