SUMMARYUnder direction from the Director of Sales or National Sales Manager, manage sales of Bradley products in a specific region or other assigned major geographic areas. Spearhead regional growth strategy by identifying growth opportunities, building new and existing business relationships, and developing sales goals. Mathematical - Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Adaptability - Receptive to change. Provides a positive influence when change is necessary. Planning- Prioritize and plan work activities, set goals and objectives and plan for additional resources as needed; develop realistic action plans. Initiative - Self- directed and action oriented. Likes to be challenged. Knows how to get things done through peers and/or subordinates, and the use of organizational processes/systems. Exhibits political Selling Ability- Persuasive ability to "sell" a position or viewpoint.
