Job Summary:

We are seeking for a highly skilled Scrum Master with deep expertise in Salesforce solution and technical architecture, particularly across Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, to lead large-scale healthcare sales transformation initiatives. This role requires experience managing Salesforce Lightning upgrades, org modernization, and driving data quality, pipeline reporting, data aggregation, and dashboard delivery using Data Cloud, and Tableau.

The ideal candidate will serve as both an Agile leader and a technical guide, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions in a healthcare sales ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams delivering Salesforce capabilities in complex enterprise environments.

* Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.

* Drive adoption of Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and delivery of value aligned to business goals.

* Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions on Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

* Lead and support Salesforce Lightning upgrades, org consolidations, and platform modernization efforts.

* Guide architecture and integration of Salesforce with enterprise data platforms, including Data Cloud and Tableau.

* Ensure high standards for data quality, data governance, and reporting accuracy across pipeline and sales performance dashboards.

* Support design and implementation of data aggregation strategies to power advanced analytics and executive dashboards.

* Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, business analysts, and security/compliance teams to align technology with business outcomes.

* Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare compliance standards in design and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

* 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in healthcare or life sciences.

* Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

* Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and modernization strategies.

* Solid experience with data integration, ETL, and data architecture supporting AI and analytics.

* Proven ability to support or lead Tableau dashboard implementations using Salesforce data.

* Experience implementing data governance, data quality, and pipeline health metrics.

* Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or equivalent AI/data tools.

* Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.

* Strong knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Salesforce certifications - Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Health Cloud Consultant, or Architect.

* Background in enterprise healthcare systems and healthcare sales operations.

* Experience working with multi-cloud Salesforce environments in regulated industries.

* Experience in change management and Agile transformation initiatives.
