*-Handles calls pertaining to payments for gas and utilitybills* *-Majority of calls will be inbound* *-Answer calls from customers calling in with a questionabout their bill* *-Take customers payments over the phone* *-Talk with customers who missed a payment and are lookingto have their utilities turned back on by making a payment* *-Direct customers calling with other issues to the maincall center line* *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *-1 year of call center experience* *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)* *-Close knit team with great work/life balance* *Work Environment* *-Fully onsite * *This will be a 24-hour call center:* *Monday-Friday* 7am-3:30pm *3pm-11:30pm * *11pm-7:30am * *Wednesday-Sunday (Mon/Tues off)* *7am-3:30pm * *3pm-11:30pm * 11pm-7:30am *Business Drivers/Customer Impact* *-Acquired a new customer* * * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
