This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.
Summary
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Growth Product Manager with a passion for lifecycle marketing to help grow and support the customer experience across digital Services. This role will drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing customer touchpoints across the subscription lifecycle. You'll be part of a creative, collaborative environment, driving innovation that enhances user experience and supports long-term business goals.
Our Ideal Candidate
7+ years of experience as a product manager focused on marketing and lifecycle engagement
Passion for customer-centric growth strategies and a strong foundation in B2C advertising, marketing technology, and subscription-based models
Proficient in building marketing flows and lifecycle campaigns with strong presentation, storytelling, and data-informed decision-making skills
Familiar with recurring revenue models, marketing platforms, customer journey mapping, and optimization
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, analytics, design, and QA
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Flexible and adaptable to evolving goals, timelines, and technical constraints
Strong written and verbal communicator with exceptional attention to detail
Creative, motivated problem solver with a collaborative mindset and sense of humor
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the ideation and execution of customer growth initiatives across the Services ecosystem.
You'll partner with product, marketing, engineering, analytics, design, QA, and business development teams to drive meaningful improvements across the customer journey. This includes optimizing acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback flows, leveraging existing marketing capabilities and uncovering new opportunities.
You will also support the development of growth roadmaps, partner closely with the Customer Lifecycle team to execute best-in-class programs, and communicate progress and insights to stakeholders through compelling presentations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business, or a related field; Master's or MBA a plus
Background in subscription-based services, product marketing, and growth strategy
Experience leading international, cross-functional projects under tight timelines

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work (3 days onsite expected). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $100-$105 per hour.
