Genesis10 is seeking a Software Engineer. This role is hybrid three days on-site with a health technology company based in Waukesha, WI. The contract duration is 12+ months. We are seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Software Engineer with solid C++ experience to join our collaborative, globally distributed team. In this role, you'll contribute to a real-time global product and work closely with our team in Haifa, Israel, so strong communication and flexibility around time zones are key. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology and eager to grow in a supportive, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain C++ software for real-time systems. Collaborate with local and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work in a hybrid model with an on-site presence in Waukesha, WI. Manage occasional early-morning calls due to time zone overlap with global teams (e.g., Israel) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering). 2-3 years of industry experience in software development. Solid understanding of C++, including object-oriented principles and real-time systems. Experience with Linux development environments. Exposure to complex system design (not web or front-end focused). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow. Nice to Have: Background or experience in biomedical systems or regulated industries.
