Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world. In the role of ERP Developer Emerging Technologies, we'll count on you to:
- Conduct research and development to integrate AI capabilities into ERP systems.
- Identify, validate, and prototype impactful improvements to our core Oracle platforms, leveraging novel AI solutions.
- Work under management and direction of the ERP Solutions Architect to design and implement new Oracle functionality in machine learning models to optimize ERP functions.
- API Development: Implement and maintain APIs that power AI-driven features such as recommendations and learning paths.
- Collaborate with ERP cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Services, and DevOps teams, Data scientists, Machine Learning & GenAI teams.
- Under guidance of the ERP Solutions Architect and ERP Senior Development Manager, work with functional teams to pilot use cases and discuss best design.
- Develop and deploy AI algorithms to enhance data processing, predictive analytics, and decision-making within ERP systems.
- Evaluate and improve existing AI models and algorithms to ensure they meet business needs.
- Stay current on the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve ERP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience with integration technologies.
- Hands on experience with Oracle's development tools and with no-code\low-code development platforms (Oracle APEX, VBCS).
- Experience with natural language processing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and PL|SQL.
- Understanding of data science and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as OCI, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of learning and staying current with changing technologies.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
