Shifts Available: Full Time | 8:30am - 5:00pm | Monday - Friday Expected starting wage range is $36.85 - $45.48. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the eLearning Content Development Manager, the eLearning Specialist performs day-to-day administration and management of the company's LMS (Relias) and assists with course development. This includes, but is not limited to: providing customer support to Telecare's Relias supervisors, instructors and learners; troubleshooting LMS technical issues; maintaining the Training Department SharePoint site; developing and maintaining end-user documentation; creating custom reports as needed; and developing online modules to support Telecare's training needs. QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience with learning management systems administration, or Two (2) years' experience with learning management systems administration * Proficient in Articulate Rise and Storyline with proven eLearning course development experience as well as Microsoft Office Suite, with immediate Excel proficiency * Applicant must be fingerprinted and receive clearance from Criminal Justice Department. * Must be at least 18 years of age * All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply. Preferred: * Two (2) years' experience providing computer or software customer support * Demonstrated ability to perform at a consistently high level in a healthcare informatics/training field. Prior training development experience in the healthcare industry * Basic website and / or SharePoint design experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SKILLS * Proven ability to demonstrate customer service and team focus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong problem-solving skills specific to the various technical issues and training-related questions from Telecare employees * Strong organizational skills; including managing multiple tasks and responsibilities and attention to detail * Strong analytical and technical skills; including data management and manipulation * Strong course development skills using Articulate 360 software PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, perform wrist deviations, hand and wrists repetitions, reach, twist, bend, lift and carry items and overhead weighing 25 pounds or less.
