Henry Ford Home Medical Equipment - Jackson is dedicated to enhancing independence, comfort, and safety at home. We offer 24-hour emergency service, home delivery, and clear instruction on how to properly use medical equipment. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a 100% on-site position at our Jackson location, with no weekend shifts required. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and following routine procedures, this role is responsible for implementing and processing Home Medical Equipment orders based on patient needs as prescribed. Responsibilities include the daily compilation and entry of demographic and operational information into Brightree, our medical equipment management system. GENERAL SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Leader of Central Intake and following routine procedures, implements and coordinates Home Health Care admission processes.
