Machine Operator

• Troubleshoot machinery, perform minor repairs, and follow established production processes for Danfoss products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, control plans, routers, job instructions, and tool requirements.
• Learn, apply, and retain techniques and procedures to continuously improve products, processes, and services.
• Exceed quality standards set by customers, value streams, and facility expectations.
• Remain flexible and shift between work areas to support delivery goals and overall plant productivity.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation while working under direct or indirect supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; support 5S initiatives and lift up to 50lbs.
