Staffmark is hiring a Legal Receptionist in Monroe, LA! If you're professional, organized, and customer-focused, this is your chance to be the face of a respected legal office. In this role, you'll manage front-desk duties, support administrative tasks, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Pay | $14-$18/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism
  • Answer calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages
  • Manage appointments and office calendars
  • Organize and maintain legal files (physical and digital)
  • Assist with document prep, copying, scanning, and mail handling
  • Support general office tasks as needed



What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reception or admin experience (legal setting preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Discretion with confidential information
