Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a leading foam manufacturing facility in Russellville, AR. Our products play a vital role in industries such as medical, automotive, and consumer goods. Pay: $24.40/hour

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating Shift

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll set up, monitor, adjust, and operate production equipment according to safety and quality standards. You'll assist in diagnosing and repairing machinery, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and ensure proper documentation of production and performance data. Responsibilities include cleaning and lubricating machinery, operating forklifts and hoists, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role also requires a solid understanding of machines and tools, including their design, use, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work 12-hour shifts
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with production equipment and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under minimal supervision
