Contract Video Producer

Must be onsite for meetings/video shoots located at in-house studio in Austin, TX.

Our global client's creative team is looking to add to their current team of 4, a Video Producer to help bring their marketing campaigns to life across multiple channels. In this role, you'll support the production of a wide range of creative projects, mainly video based, with some photography, podcast episodes, event activations, and social media content. Our client helps professionals and companies around the globe with their job search needs and are constantly providing tools to employers and employees alike to help them with their search, best practices, and industry trends. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with producers, creative directors, project managers, and cross-functional partners across our clients organization to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.

This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about storytelling, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities



  • Assist in producing video shoots, photography sessions, podcast recordings, and event activations from pre-production through post-production.
  • Help manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and production logistics.
  • Source and coordinate vendors, freelance crews, talent, locations, and equipment.
  • Support production planning by preparing call sheets, shot lists, production schedules, and other necessary documentation.
  • Partner closely with creative and marketing partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, facilitating reviews, feedback, and approvals.
  • Oversee asset delivery, file management, rights tracking, and post-production workflows.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to help innovate and elevate our creative output.
  • Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, legal, and other internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.


Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of experience in a production, producer, or creative project management role (in-house brand or agency experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with video and photography production processes, including pre-pro, on-set, and post workflows.
  • Working knowledge of production budgets, contracts, and licensing terms.
  • Comfortable working with creative briefs, scripts, shot lists, and other production documents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Uptempo, Adobe Dam, Slack, Frame.io).
  • Knowledge of social media platform specs and trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Basic editing, audio, or design skills (Premiere, Photoshop) a bonus but not required.
  • A passion for creative storytelling across multiple mediums.
  • Austin TX based.
