Property Maintenance Supervisor

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | Days Off: Wednesday and Thursday

Responsibilities:

You'll handle general property maintenance duties including patching walls, touching up paint, setting fixtures, and performing basic electrical tasks like replacing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans. This role also involves lifting materials or equipment up to 50 lbs and working collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property in excellent condition.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of property or resort maintenance experience
• Familiarity with light electrical, painting, and general repair work
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet throughout the shift
