This position plays a vital role in ensuring top-quality results across hundreds of projects each day! Pay & Schedule:
What You'll Do: As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be responsible for reviewing, validating, and documenting client project outputs throughout the production process. From verifying job specs and print quality to tracking insertions and producing end-of-day reports, your contributions will ensure the integrity of each mailing job. You'll also set up initial job jackets (150-250 per day), identify variances, and support process improvement efforts while working within HIPAA and ISO 9001:2008 standards. What We're Looking For:
