We are searching for a Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor to be a part of our exciting future. Salary: $90,000 - $93,000/yr. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Supervise hourly union lab testers, ensuring proper training, competency, and adherence to procedures. Schedule overtime as needed to complete testing and quality assurance tasks on time. Provide coaching, counseling, and administer collective bargaining agreements for lab testers. Oversee calibration, control charts, and cross-check programs for lab equipment, and perform calibrations as needed. Maintain inventory of lab equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and company standards. Ensure laboratory operations meet SH&E safety standards and provide backup support to QA staff when required. Manage sample order shipments with accurate documentation, maintain budget compliance, and fulfill additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Two years of supervisory experience.
