Join our premier client, a leading producer of specialty flat-rolled aluminum products used across consumer and commercial industries, as we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Russellville, AR. We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused professional with hands-on experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Schedule: 7pm - 7am, rotating shift

Pay Rate: $30.62 - $35.43/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to complete tasks
  • Support installation and startup of new machinery
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist in safety documentation (JSAs)




What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of automation, electrical, and mechanical repairs
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
