Join our premier client, a leading producer of specialty flat-rolled aluminum products used across consumer and commercial industries, as we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Russellville, AR. We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused professional with hands-on experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. Schedule: 7pm - 7am, rotating shift Pay Rate: $30.62 - $35.43/hr. What You'll Do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to complete tasks Support installation and startup of new machinery Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist in safety documentation (JSAs) What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of automation, electrical, and mechanical repairs Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including 401(k) with matching, dental and vision insurance, health insurance with options for flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and professional development assistance.
