Staffmark is hiring a Stamping Operator for a well-established manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive environment that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and career development, this role could be a great fit!

Pay: $16-$19 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Operate foil stamping machines to produce custom journals and planners
  • Maintain and perform routine service on equipment
  • Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as needed
  • Meet production goals and deadlines
  • Keep a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 20-30 lbs and handle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • CNC, screen printing, or fine-adjustment machinery experience is a plus
  • Internal candidates: 3 months as a Production Technician I required
