The Director of Counseling Services provides visionary leadership and clinical oversight for the university's Counseling Center, ensuring the delivery of holistic, accessible, and culturally responsive mental health care to students. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students, this role includes supervision of a multidisciplinary team, collaboration with campus partners, oversight of clinical operations, and development of wellness initiatives aligned with student success.
