Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Production Operator, you will use both mechanical and computer-controlled equipment to manufacture high-quality products. You'll work within a defined schedule, follow standard procedures, and ensure that all production goals are met efficiently and accurately. This role may involve training new employees and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the department.

Responsibilities:



  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to safety and quality guidelines
  • Set up, run, and troubleshoot equipment in assigned areas
  • Accurately complete production records, quality checks, and logbooks
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
  • Identify and report any product defects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support team communication, training, and process improvements
  • Cross-train in other production tasks as needed



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of production or machine operation experience preferred
  • Comfortable with lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and standard work procedures
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and open to occasional overtime
