Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- CVMC

POSITION SUMMARY
The APRN or PA shall work in collaboration with the practice providers and offer Primary Care for Family Medicine patients. This care includes history taking, physical exams, diagnoses, prescribing of medications, treatment plans and the appropriate use of ancillary services.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
A Registered Nurse with endorsement as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with prescriptive authority from the Vermont Board of Nursing. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant should be licensed by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
EXPERIENCE
Two to three years' experience in Primary Care preferred.
