As a senior member of RSM's Application Development, Data Migration & Integration (AppDev) practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients modernize their business through advanced software engineering, seamless system integrations, and scalable data solutions. You'll work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client leadership-designing and delivering highimpact solutions that enable longterm digital transformation.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with ERP, CRM, and HCM project teams across the U.S., mentor technical talent, influence client solution architecture, and help accelerate RSM's growth-particularly within the San Francisco Bay Area technology and highgrowth market segment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of complex data migration and system integration initiatives across enterprise applications.

  • Partner with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HCM (Human Capital Management) teams to validate requirements and shape high-quality solution designs.

  • Support clients, consultants, and developers in designing and implementing integrations across packaged software ecosystems.

  • Oversee development activities, manage progress, and ensure alignment with defined tools, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Drive ownership of assignments, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client service.

  • Analyze functional and technical requirements, provide accurate estimates, and contribute to project planning and execution.

  • Conduct unit testing, QA reviews, and solution/code assessments to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

  • Mentor and develop junior team members on technical skills, client engagement, and professional growth.

  • Contribute to data architecture design, performance optimization, and system reliability efforts.

  • Lead or support the creation of internal IP, tools, accelerators, and reusable assets to drive continuous innovation.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in data, application development, and system integrations.

  • Experience contributing to business development or practice growth specifically within the San Francisco Bay Area market, including working with highgrowth tech or innovationdriven clients.

  • Handson experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Azure Integration Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), MuleSoft, SSIS, Celigo, and similar technologies.

  • Strong blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and presales experience to support business development and solutioning efforts.

  • Ability to engage clients to understand business and accounting processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Proven success delivering multiple endtoend implementations across ERP, CRM, HCM, and CPM systems.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of emerging trends in data architecture, application development, and integration engineering.

  • Proficiency in technical and business writing with the ability to create clear, concise documentation.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Sage Intacct.

  • Experience developing APIs using REST or SOAP.

  • Professional certifications in Boomi, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Alteryx, or equivalent platforms.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
