Your Role The Digital Health Record team is dedicated to discovering, designing, executing, assessing, and introducing innovations that revolutionize health care. A crucial aspect of our mission to transform health involves the efficient use of data to enhance care delivery for our members and to streamline our internal processes. The Program Manager, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Health Record. In this role you will validate and ensure the accuracy and integrity of received data, strategize the curation of information, evaluate and enable information to be used within operational workflows to improve member care, optimize internal operations and improve our providers experience. The Program Manager, Consultant will also participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when releasing newly acquired data, will support Epic Payer Platform implementations and derive volume of clinical charts available for Blue Shield and Blue Shield Promise membership directly from the Epic application.
