AGE Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to serve as our Cyber Enterprise Action Officer. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating cybersecurity efforts across our customer's organization, ensuring the protection of information systems and networks. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, DoD systems, and security protocols, as well as the ability to lead and implement complex security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and coordinate cybersecurity efforts across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with DoD and organizational security objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct and oversee security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
  • Manage the implementation and validation of security controls as per RMF guidelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity integration in all relevant projects and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on cybersecurity matters to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with emerging cyber threats and security technologies, recommending appropriate countermeasures.


Required Qualifications:



  • Master's degree (Cybersecurity related field preferred). Additional experience can be substituted in lieu of the Master's degree.
  • Twelve (12) years of general experience in cybersecurity or related field.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of RMF, NIST standards, and DoD cybersecurity directives.
  • Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with eMASS and other DoD security management tools.
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and access control technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Work Environment and Physical Demand



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a computer.


Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000
