AGE Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert to lead our Standards & Compliance efforts within our cybersecurity program. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulations, with a particular focus on DoD and federal government requirements. This position requires deep expertise in cybersecurity compliance frameworks, risk management, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity compliance programs across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, NIST standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the creation and updating of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular compliance assessments and audits, identifying gaps and recommending remediation strategies.
  • Manage the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process across systems and networks.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance matters to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into all aspects of IT operations.
  • Stay current with evolving cybersecurity regulations and standards, assessing their impact on the organization.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for personnel at all levels.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies for cybersecurity compliance matters.


Required Qualifications:



  • PhD in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Twenty (20) years of related experience in cybersecurity compliance and standards.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DoD cybersecurity directives.
  • Extensive experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation.
  • Strong understanding of federal information security laws and regulations.
  • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs.
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Familiarity with Special Access Program security requirements.


Work Environment and Physical Demand



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a computer.


Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000
