AGE Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Information Assurance Specialist to serve as our Enterprise Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information security program across our customer's enterprise, ensuring the protection and integrity of information systems and networks. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, DoD systems, and security protocols, as well as the ability to lead and implement complex security initiatives at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise-wide information security program.
  • Oversee the implementation of security controls and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate security assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring activities across the enterprise.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs) and other RMF documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of the enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Provide expert guidance on information assurance matters to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement security awareness training programs for personnel.
  • Stay current with emerging cyber threats and security technologies, recommending appropriate countermeasures.


Required Qualifications:



  • Master's degree (Cybersecurity related field preferred). Additional experience can be substituted in lieu of the Master's degree.
  • Twelve (12) years of general experience in cybersecurity or related field.
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of RMF, NIST standards, and DoD cybersecurity directives.
  • Extensive experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with eMASS and other DoD security management tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level network security, encryption, and access control technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


Desired Qualifications:



  • CISSP or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with Special Access Program security requirements.


Work Environment and Physical Demand:



  • Prolonged periods sitting at a computer.


Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000
