Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to join our team! The PM will oversee all aspects of the Information Technology Engineering Support Services (ITESS) Task Order, managing technical delivery, scheduling, performance, and resource allocations. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, ensuring successful completion of program objectives and deliverables for Military Sealift Command's (MSC) Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Department (N6). This position is required to be on-site in Norfolk, VA.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day management, direction, and supervision for the ITESS program.
- Serve as the main interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Task Order Managers.
- Manage program resources and staffing, ensuring timely hiring, onboarding, and personnel management.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the following areas: Program Management Support Services, MSC C4 Engineering Lab (MCEL) Support Services, Cybersecurity Support Services, Change Management (CM) Support Services, MSC Service, Validation and Testing (SV&T) Support Services, Enterprise Architecture (EA) Support Services, In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) Support Services, and Systems Engineering (SE) Support Services.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity mandates, DOD/DoN instructions, and MSC standards.
- Oversee preparation and delivery of program plans, transition plans, PMRs, CSWF reporting, and risk management documentation.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Manage subcontractor teams if applicable.
Qualifications
Required
- Active PMP certification.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science.
- Master's degree (preferred); candidates without a Master's degree must possess an additional eight (8) years of directly relevant experience supporting DOD IT systems project management..
- Minimum SECRET clearance.
- 10+ years of program management experience on large-scale IT or C4 systems projects, including DOD or Navy programs.
- Prior experience supporting U.S. Navy or Department of Defense shipboard communications and control systems projects.
Desired
- Experience supporting MSC or Navy afloat IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of DOD shipboard communications standards and military project lifecycles.
- Experience managing projects in operational maritime environments.
