Description

CliniComp is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our growth initiatives. This role will play a key part in managing and optimizing our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, and driving engagement with high-priority leads. The coordinator will support sales outreach efforts through data analysis, research, and CRM-driven insights.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and skilled at using business intelligence software to streamline processes, surface opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. This role also contributes to identifying new business opportunities and monitoring market trends to help inform outreach strategies and strengthen relationships with prospects and industry partners.

Requirements
  • Sales & CRM Support: Manage and update HubSpot contacts, ensuring data accuracy through lead input, contact clean-up, and engagement tracking. Support outreach efforts by assisting with follow-ups and research on high-priority leads.
  • Data & Research Assistance: Reconcile data between business intelligence software (eg. Definitive Healthcare), ABM (eg. RollWorks) and CRM (eg. HubSpot) to evaluate unengaged contacts and support sales with account research and analysis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing and sales, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development support, sales operations, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.


Preferred

  • Experience working in the healthcare or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales pipeline management best practices.
