*5 Days onsite* *Description* The Sr. IT Project Manager is the driving force behind our delivery and a critical resource on our project delivery team. We're searching for a highly qualified Sr. IT Project Manager to help us deliver large projects for our Lower 48 Business Unit. Initial focus will be on managing a digital field service management project. The Sr. IT Project Manager will be responsible for defining the project's schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, stakeholder communications, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings. Responsibilities: *Servant Leader with a passion to help Agile teams thrive and deliver high value to the organization. *Experienced with delivering complex, multi-tier IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS cloud-based software solutions. *Schedule and lead planning, program increment refinement, sprint refinement, Scrum of SCRUMs, sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile and quality ceremonies. *Coach, mentor and educate team members on Agile best practices and process improvements. *Work with other Agile teams, their Scrum Masters and client Stakeholders to ensure alignment and act together toward common goals. *Establishing communication with stakeholders and project teams. *Allocating sufficient resources as per the project requirements. *Keeping an account of the progress of the project. *Ensuring that the project is completed on time and with good quality. *Assisting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality. *Holding teams responsible for their job. *Eliminating roadblocks. *Skills* Project management, Scrum, Waterfall, scaled agile framework *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required skills: *5+ years' experience as an IT project manager in oil and gas with a deep understanding of field operations. *Experience collaborating with teams who develop on Microsoft Technologies. *Strengths in planning, organizational navigation, and building / managing cross-team relationships. *Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification *Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and experience required, and certification highly preferred. *Experience with Jira workflows, dash boards and reporting. *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze critical information and present recommendations to team and to leadership. *Strong attention to detail. *Identifying, collecting, and analyzing metric data. *Able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
