Remote Project Specialist / Operations Opportunity Hybrid position once a month will need to go on-site in Tempe, AZ M-F schedule, standard business hours Benefits of the role: * Opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing start up companies * Medical, Dental and vision Benefits available on the first day of each month * Weekly pay * $33 hour Description of the Role Pivotal role, increase items that we are selling at stores, monitor how many items we are dropping off, taking action to how to fix that and monitor Customer service potentially - email than phone 1. (Key) Primary: oversee operational processes and manage execution of repeatable processes. Superstar: data analysis and entry 2. Secondary: create playbooks and write retros for more efficient practices in the future. Superstar: identify key areas for improvement to achieve desired long-term objectives 3. Tertiary: provide performance readouts Also, TRAITS I'M LOOKING FOR: Comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and getting details right. 1. Self-Led - eager to learn with given resources. 2. Scrappy - act decisively and independently to get the job done quickly. 3. Efficient Operator - bias to action and detail-oriented 4. Detail-Oriented - thorough troubleshooter, willing to get the job done right. 5. Communicator - clear & concise at managing updates with cross-functionals and communicating results. Technical Skills: * Google Sheets / Excel - proficient. Able to create and manipulate data to report results and understand trends. * SQL - basic understanding. Able to manipulate and write queries to pull performance metrics. Knowledge / Experience: * Data analysis and entry - able to run large datasets through existing processes while ensuring accuracy * Project Management - Able to prioritize an ongoing intake of projects. * Communicative - Familiar with daily updates and working with many cross-functionals. * Speed and Consistency: This is a daily process - we need someone who's able to be hands on, available, and all over it.
