*Description*
Develop and implement SAP PP/QM solutions that align with business needs, conduct gap analysis, and map new business processes. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, ensuring integration with other systems and managing project timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize manufacturing schedules and quality assurance processes, provide user training and support, and lead a team of specialists while maintaining technical expertise in SAP functionalities. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. * 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules, including configuration and support. * Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies in various industries (e.g., automotive, EV, FMCG, etc.). Skills and Abilities * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and EHS departments. * Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and related technologies. * Expertise in integration points with SAP MM, SD, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules. * Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), analytics tools, and interface technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, etc.). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior consultants and guide project teams. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical skills, and project management experience. ***Client is not able sponsor so we cannot accommodate 3rd party candidates at this time.*** *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
