Description 1.Internal Communications Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged. Utilize various communication methods to disseminate information effectively. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed. Create compelling content that showcases the ecosystem within SFMC. Establish a structured transformation roadmap that aligns with divisional priorities and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Develop engaging content for roadshows aimed at building awareness and infusing capability know-how across teams. Organize and coordinate roadshow events, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of participation. Gather feedback from roadshow participants to continuously improve content and delivery. 4.Support for SFMC Enhancements: Stay updated on the latest SFMC enhancements and trends. Provide support and training to teams on new SFMC features and capabilities. Work closely with the SFMC team to ensure seamless integration of enhancements into the ecosystem. Proven experience in Change Management of 5 years or more Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Experience Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
