*Description*
1.Internal Communications Plan: *Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged. *Utilize various communication methods to disseminate information effectively. *Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed. *Create compelling content that showcases the ecosystem within SFMC. *Establish a structured transformation roadmap that aligns with divisional priorities and goals. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance. *Develop engaging content for roadshows aimed at building awareness and infusing capability know-how across teams. *Organize and coordinate roadshow events, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of participation. *Gather feedback from roadshow participants to continuously improve content and delivery. 4.Support for SFMC Enhancements: *Stay updated on the latest SFMC enhancements and trends. *Provide support and training to teams on new SFMC features and capabilities. *Work closely with the SFMC team to ensure seamless integration of enhancements into the ecosystem. *Skills* Change management, Project management, Agile, Sql, Data governance, SFMC *Top Skills Details* Change management,Project management,Agile,Sql,Data governance,SFMC *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Change Management of 5 years or more Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Experience Management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
