About the team Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a critical corporate function responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing administration and supervision of the enterprise-wide risk management framework and all supporting activities, including risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting of all Risk Domains and supporting taxonomies, such as Strategic, Financial, People, Technology, Legal and Compliance, Reputational, and Operational Risks, including Data and Information Security, Vendor and Third-Party, and Business Continuity and Resiliency Risks. Key components of the ERM program include Risk Appetite Framework, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Issues Management, KRI Metrics, Risk Reporting, Crisis Management, and Controls Assurance Testing. About the position As the Enterprise Risk, Senior Director, you will lead and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives across FIS, ensuring successful execution of strategic changes in alignment with business objectives. This role is critical in managing organizational change, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring a seamless transition for customers, stakeholders, and colleagues in a fast-paced fintech environment.
