Description Primary Purpose: Review documentation to ensure the timely and accurate response of legal documentation served on the bank Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Review legal documentation and determine if the defendant has account relationship with the Bank Respond in appropriate manner to legal documentation in an accurate and timely manner, following federal and state laws and requirements, to courts, agencies and other parties represented in the service Communicate accurate information to branch staff or customer that is requested in connection to legal documentation served on the Bank Complete all maintenance when necessary to ensure that the Bank is complying with the legal documentation served Review documentation on digital image retention system to ensure documentation is imaged correctly Disburse funds when ordered or in time frame set forth in legal documentation to completed case Provide support for other areas of the department as needed Other duties can be assigned as required to accommodate the workflow Job Specifications: Outstanding communication skills Close attention to detail and good organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills Detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines Must be a self-starter and excel at time management Willingness to work in a fast pace environment while providing accurate information Knowledge of NetTrax recommended Travel to Tupelo MS for training is required Disclaimer The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
