Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Manager, Resilience Strategy, Governance, and Third-Party is responsible for supporting the organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions and ensuring the resilience of critical third-party vendors that support the bank's operations. This role works closely with Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Procurement, and Business Units to set the vision, frameworks, and policies that ensure an organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions and to assess, monitor, and enhance vendor resilience capabilities, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management, or regulatory guidance pertaining to Enterprise and Operational Risk (e.g. FDIC, risk and control frameworks like COSO, Basel). OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 year of experience in Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management, or regulatory guidance pertaining to Enterprise and Operational Risk (e.g. FDIC, risk and control frameworks like COSO, Basel). Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
