Summary

Chobani Information Technology is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of HRIS to lead our Human Resources Information Systems function within the Enterprise Applications team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and ongoing enhancement of our HR technology landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and Kronos. The Director will manage a team of two full-time employees and an HRIS AMS (Application Managed Services) team, along with external contract resources as needed.

This position plays a critical role in enabling scalable and efficient HR operations, ensuring data integrity, supporting system integrations, and delivering a high-quality employee experience through digital tools.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner to HR leadership, providing technology guidance and roadmapping future capabilities.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the HRIS function across platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, and Kronos.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 FTEs:
    • One FTE responsible for managing SuccessFactors and providing backup support for Kronos.
    • One FTE responsible for managing ADP and leading Kronos application support.
  • Oversee and manage the HRIS AMS team, including contract/vendor resources, to ensure SLAs, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to align HR technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Drive optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.
  • Own system governance, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and audit requirements.
  • Manage system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support HR operations and decision-making.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage support contracts, licenses, and renewals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HRIS experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Proven experience managing SuccessFactors, ADP, and Kronos systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including core HR, payroll, timekeeping, performance management, and benefits.
  • Experience managing AMS teams or outsourced application support providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and technology adoption within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or CPG industry.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP CPI), reporting platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors or Kronos is a plus.

Compensation Range:$166,000.00-$250,000.00, plus bonus.
