- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and announce clients as necessary
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary
- Coordinate the reservations of conference rooms
- Coordinate the reservations for office accommodations to visitors
- Order lunches for office meetings
- Prepare outgoing mail including Federal Express packages
- Sort and prepare mail for distribution
- Sign for and deliver packages delivered throughout the day
- Prepare daily deposit
- Prepare bills and take payments
- Order supplies for kitchen/ general office supply orders, unpack and keep areas
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in an office environment, preferably performing as an administrative assistant
- Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with ability to work extended hours as required
- Other duties as assigned
