From your PASSION to ours

Reporting to the Cultured Supervisor(s), the Cultured Vats Blenders must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of cultured process, including but not limited to processing, vat, blender, daily operations, master sanitation of work area.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of cultured processing including but not limited to, vats, sour cream tanks, and blender operations, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.
• Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train, and/or work on projects.
• Learns multiple jobs as determined by team consensus.
• Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations.
• Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines. Communicate and passdown business information.
• Follow the TAP process to complete training requirements.
• Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action.
• Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and support maintenance when needed.
• Perform other assignments as needed by team or Steering team.
• Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant's QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Specialized training or licenses relevant to job.
• Good business participation (i.e. Level 1, meetings, safety, process improvement)
• Performed similar positions in the past.

SCHEDULE:\t6:00PM-4:30AM (Sunday-Wednesday)
