Join a highly motivated & innovative team to drive success in impact & insights at Medscape Education. This role is pivotal in the strategic execution of the measurement vision & strategic priorities of the organization. You will oversee, lead, & coach a team of individuals at analyst, manager, & associate director levels. You will develop & deliver reports & presentations that require a consultative approach. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement initiatives, uphold quality, & consultatively deliver custom solutions leveraging data from many different domains, including traffic, question & answer, & administrative claims. You also will carry out thought leadership at annual conferences & in peer reviewed publications.
Responsibilities include:

Create strategy & implement for Impact & Insights based upon business priorities -
Lead team of analysts, managers, associate director, including monitoring and allocating resources, career pathing, coaching, management, and fostering a collaborative, continuous improvement, & learning culture -
Partner with colleagues on cross-functional teams (e.g. data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, audience engagement, marketing, product) to deliver funded reports & presentations -
Conduct thorough analyses of initiative performance & strategy to generate actionable intelligence & clearly communicate insights to internal & external stakeholders -
Develop sound understanding of Medscape Education's product portfolio, historical performance according to various therapeutic categories & audience segments, promotional impact measurement methodology, & data capabilities of various analytics partners -
Support solution development for business development strategy with an impact & insights perspective -
Coordinate strategies & deliverables with other teams, including data analytics, content, program management, & product -
Tackle complex & ambiguous problems with a strategic mindset -
Create recommendations & action plans for solving problems -
Presenting capabilities to external funders -
Thought leadership, including presentations at conferences and publications
Position Requirements:

Experience preparing & presenting funder facing materials -
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills -
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation skills -
High energy, disciplined self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven people, business, & project leadership skills -
Experience working in fast-paced work environments -
Experience using Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar dashboards -
5+ years post-degree program evaluation or applied research experience in health outcomes or educational outcomes -
3+ years of experience leading a team of at least 5+ people -
Post-graduate degree in relevant field (e.g., public health, psychology, informatics); 10 years of experience after Master's or 8 years of experience after Doctoral degree
