Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner with our client in the financial Industry located in Minneapolis, MN and Chandler, AZ. This is a 7+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Develop business requirements and identify business and operational impacts associated with given sets of changes Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges requiring thorough planning and direction Support systems development testing through the creation and execution of detailed test scripts Understand payment operational/technical processing, especially with RTP and/or Zelle networks Interpret technical specifications and understand end-to-end processing flows to create business requirements for development teams Write business requirements, create user stories, payment mapping specifications, detail workflows, and write business rules Create and execute test scripts, conduct validation work, and perform detailed testing Support the Agile delivery process, working within Agile teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence Engage in reading and interpreting specifications related to changes in payment rails Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent (work, consulting experience, training, military, or education) 1+ years of Real Time Payments (RTP) experience 7+ years of professional experience in business support roles Experience in an Agile project environment implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery practices Familiarity with JSON, schemas, validations, and payment mapping Ability to write and validate business rules related to payment messaging Previous experience working with different applications to ensure alignment in payment messaging Pay Range: $51-61 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
