Requirements \| 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment + The ability to lift 30 pounds + Able to stand for the entire shift Machine Operator Responsibilities: Operate molding machines and secondary equipment while meeting product quality and safety standards. Inspect and assemble parts to meet customer specifications, identifying and addressing critical visual and dimensional defects. Accurately package, label, and track products with correct counts and traceability. Report defective parts, process malfunctions, or safety issues to the supervisor/lead operator. Utilize route sheets, work instructions, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., sonic welders and heat sealers) to meet production requirements. Maintain clean machines and work areas, record production and scrap counts, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines. Be flexible and available to work at both Somers and Ellington facilities.
