Shift Options



  • 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM | $17.25/hr.
  • 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM | $18.00/hr.
  • 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM | $19.00/hr.



Requirements | 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment + The ability to lift 30 pounds + Able to stand for the entire shift

Machine Operator Responsibilities:



  • Operate molding machines and secondary equipment while meeting product quality and safety standards.
  • Inspect and assemble parts to meet customer specifications, identifying and addressing critical visual and dimensional defects.
  • Accurately package, label, and track products with correct counts and traceability.
  • Report defective parts, process malfunctions, or safety issues to the supervisor/lead operator.
  • Utilize route sheets, work instructions, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., sonic welders and heat sealers) to meet production requirements.
  • Maintain clean machines and work areas, record production and scrap counts, and follow HACCP and GMP guidelines.
  • Be flexible and available to work at both Somers and Ellington facilities. Regular, punctual attendance is essential for meeting production needs.
