Description & Requirements What You Will Do Design and develop efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions in line with customer and business requirements. Create and maintain detailed CAD documentation (2D/3D) using tools like SolidWorks and ArtiosCAD, managing design changes and version control. Lead packaging testing to ensure materials and products meet quality, environmental, and safety standards. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and other departments to integrate packaging solutions with overall business strategies. Manage packaging production by coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Support continuous improvement by researching new technologies, materials, and packaging trends to enhance performance and sustainability. Provide informal guidance to junior team members and assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders in clear, straightforward ways.
